Step 1:
Wash the edible flowers and set them aside to drain. Prepare the Clear Jelly Layer by boiling agar-agar, sugar, and water in a pan. Once boiling, remove from heat and cool slightly. Pour a small amount into a pudding mold, arrange the flowers, and pour the rest of the jelly over them. Set aside to cool.
Step 2:
For the Lychee Pudding Layer, cook agar-agar, sugar, salt, lychee yogurt, milk, and whipped cream until it boils. Remove from heat, add lychee essence, and fold in sliced lychee. Pour this over the set clear jelly layer and let it cool.
